Let the eyes tell the story using a full-foundation face, bold teal eyeshadow complimented by a flared lash, and bare-toned lip. For an even more eye-catching look, rhinestones were added to the winged teal shadow, the cheek contour was enhanced, and the nude lip was layered with a bright pink to create a more pronouced fuschia.
